Using this site

You may use this site to learn about Rentek and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with its operation, no automated scraping or bulk submission, and nothing unlawful.

Enquiries are not offers

Information on this site is provided for general purposes. Nothing here is a binding offer, quotation or commitment. Any installation, pricing, revenue share or service level is agreed only in a signed written agreement between Rentek and your organisation.

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract, a partnership, or an obligation on either side. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee a response or a timeframe.

The information you give us

You confirm that the details you submit are accurate, and that you are authorised to provide them and to make an enquiry on behalf of the organisation you name. How we handle those details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Rentek name, logo, product imagery, interface designs and the content of this site belong to Rentek or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt them without our written permission, other than briefly quoting the site with attribution.

Third-party product names and marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Availability

We do our best to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Rentek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
