What does it cost the building?

A one-time installation fee that depends on the hub you choose: the number of columns, their sizes and the product mix. After that, we operate everything and share rental revenue with the building.

How much space does it need?

About two square meters against one wall, with a power outlet. That is it.

Who handles maintenance and support?

We do. Cleaning, repairs, restocking and resident support, end to end.

What if a product is damaged or not returned?

Products are insured, tracked and covered by our rental terms. The building carries zero liability.

What products go in the hub?

A curated mix built around your building. Before installation we survey your residents to understand what they actually need, then recommend a product mix based on the results and keep adapting it over time.

When are you launching?

We are onboarding founding buildings in Dubai now, with first installations rolling out soon. Early access applicants come first.

How do residents pay?

Through the app, using cards and digital wallets. Payment is charged automatically after each rental ends, for the exact time used.
